Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITY:

Support APAC Site IT daily operations through structured back‑end IT support activities, including IT service operations data support, IT documentation, asset lifecycle administration, operational readiness preparation, and IT knowledge enablement.


The role contributes to stable and compliant site IT operations by improving process quality, documentation consistency, operational visibility, and knowledge sharing effectiveness under supervision, without direct end‑user‑facing responsibilities or independent decision‑making authority.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in IT service operations support by reviewing ServiceNow tickets for completeness, accuracy, and process adherence, and flagging items requiring follow‑up.

  • Support IT operations data preparation, including basic ticket trend summaries and recurring issue identification for internal reference.
