Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining the ticketing system in collaboration with the Operations team
- Support troubleshooting tasks and provide technical assistance when required
- Organize, manage, and maintain IT assets and resources
- Carry out duties and assignments as instructed by the Chief Technology Officer or Head of Department
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Familiar with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, PHP, CSS, Dart (Flutter), CodeIgniter, and Laravel
