Job Description
Provide 1st level support (Install, Setup, Configure, Data migration, Upgrades)
Provide 1st Level support and maintenance for desktop/laptop and related peripherals.
Performing troubleshooting to identify the problem/issues related to desktop, laptop, application/software and printer
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Willing to work at KL Sentral area
24/7 rotational shift (5 days job)
6 months contract period
