IT - Infrastructure Projects Technical Consultant – End User Productivity

Experience with ITIL processes, managed services, help desk systems and related activities including ability to troubleshoot alerts.

Mandatory:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in the IT industry out of which 8 years in Technical Consulting
• Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.
• Hands-on technical experience with leading infrastructure solutions from suppliers such as, but not limited to, Microsoft (Windows 10/O365), Apple iOS, Android clients and associated mobile enabling technologies from VMware, CA, Citrix and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure & AWS)
