Key Responsibilities:
- Critical Incident Response: Act swiftly during critical incidents to provide timely support, ensure clear communication, and coordinate global escalation and resolution.
- Local Infrastructure Support: Maintain and troubleshoot local data centers, servers, storage systems, network cabling, switches, and routers to reduce downtime.
- New Equipment Handover: Oversee installation and readiness of new or replacement equipment for smooth transitions.
- Spare Parts & Storage Management: Manage local spare inventory and equipment storage to ensure availability and organization.
