IT Infrastructure Service Operations Manager

Mission of Function

The purpose of the role is to lead and oversee the delivery of the enterprise IT Infrastructure services covering the IT Network (LAN/WAN/SDWAN), connectivity (telecoms), telephony, cloud, on‑premise and other hosting services to ensure that agreed Service Levels across Aboitiz Power business units are met (e.g., service availability, response and resolution time) and aligned with business requirements and stakeholders’ expectations. Infrastructure performance is optimal, infrastructure is reliable and secure, service is delivered at the lowest cost possible, and the IT Infrastructure landscape adapts to the current and future needs of the AP BUs and CSUs. Management of internal stakeholders’ expectations and building partnership with external service providers are key to the success of the role.
