IT Infrastructure & Operations Analyst at AmaliTech

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage technology services that meet daily operational requirements in AmaliTech designated area(s)

● Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

● Configure, Set-up, and Install networks based on Cisco and Sophos Technologies

● Reviews vendor contracts and coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software, and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs

● Monitor computer networks for security issues

● Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs

● Maintaining user and office machines, laptops, desktops, printers, and others

● Setting up and maintenance of conference and communication devices

● Monitoring, responding to, and addressing IT-related issues as it is raised in company incident management systems...
