It Infrastructure

Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure, systems, and vendor coordination.
• Configure and maintain routers, firewalls, modems, and network devices (MPLS, ILL, VPN, SDWAN).
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies, and licensing (MS OS, MSO, Adobe, etc.).
• Oversee hardware setup (servers, desktops, laptops) across Windows, Linux, OSX platforms.
• Perform server/database backups, integration, migration, and troubleshooting.
• Lead design and implementation of new IT infrastructure and software systems.
• Handle vendor relationships including RFPs, contracts, and licensing.
• Ensure endpoint and network security through antivirus, firewalls, and backup tools.
