Job Description
Infrastructure Strategy & Operations
Lead the operation, maintenance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure.
Develop infrastructure standards, technical roadmaps, capacity plans, and replacement or upgrade program.
Ensure critical services are secure, stable, monitored, supported, and aligned with business requirements.
Act as the escalation point for major or complex infrastructure incidents and lead root‑cause analysis.
Network & Connectivity Management
Oversee LAN, WAN, wireless, internet, VPN, routing, switching, firewall, and secure remote‑access services.
Review network architecture, segmentation, redundancy, performance, security controls, and firewall policies.
Coordinate telecommunications providers, network vendors, and managed service partners.
Manage server, virtualization, storage, directory, identity, endpoint‑management, and cloud services.
