IT Infrastructure Manager

Description GSPANN is hiring an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure strategy, modernization, and operations. The position will drive automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) initiatives, oversee Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness, and lead teams and vendors to deliver reliable IT services.

Role and Responsibilities

Define and execute the infrastructure roadmap aligned with digital transformation objectives.

Design hybrid infrastructure architectures and establish standards and reference models.

Lead modernization initiatives, including virtualization, automation, and Zero Trust adoption.

Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, firewalls, segmentation, and telecom infrastructure.

Ensure high availability, redundancy, uptime, and performance across all environments.

Enforce infrastructure hardening, Identity and Access Management (IAM)/ Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls, and security best practices.
