IT Infrastructure Manager - Global Industrial Group

• Develop and maintain IT systems, processes, policies, and procedures.


• Monitor and support network, systems, and software, and coordinate with higher‑level support teams when needed.


• Maintain stable operation of core IT infrastructure such as firewalls, network equipment, VPNs, collaboration tools, and cloud systems.


• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues across company locations.


• Handle incident intake, perform initial analysis, document issues, and provide follow‑up reporting.


• Plan and support IT requirements for new projects across various departments.


• Provide user support and basic training for essential software and tools.
