Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Operations

Manage enterprise infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud platforms and storage environments Ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of systems supporting ERP on-premises applications Oversee monitoring, patching, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning Manage endpoint infrastructure including laptops, mobile devices, and field technician equipment PC/Laptop support, refresh and standardization initiatives

IT Support & Service Delivery

Manage support for infrastructure and applications Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service quality metrics Drive continuous improvement of IT support processes and user experience Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
