Our client, a leading provider of business services and workplace solutions based in Ashton-under-Lyne is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join their IT department.

As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be based in the office full time.

Main Responsibilities

  • Day to day Service availability and maintenance of all IT Infrastructure services.
  • Managing the deliverables of the IT Infrastructure team.
  • Evaluating services, planning, and managing their improvement.
  • Training and development of direct reports.
  • Upkeep of Comms rooms and services securing their power.
  • Overseeing associated security services. (Firewalls/ Pen testing/ compliance updates)
  • Planning and running team meetings and workshops.
  • Participating in and being an escalation point of out-of-hours support.
