Job Title : IT Infrastructure & Managed Services Delivery Manager

Annual Salary: 9 Million and Above

Job Responsibilities:

1. Service Delivery & Operations


Own end-to-end delivery of managed L1 IT infrastructure services
Ensure SLAs, response times and service quality are consistently met
Oversee delivery of services including:
PC kitting, deployment, and lifecycle management
L1 / L2 desktop and user support
Server installation and migration (AD, file servers, basic infra)
Microsoft 365 / O365 administration and migration
Network setup and maintenance (LAN/WAN/WiFi)
Firewall and security support (Fortinet or equivalent)
Cloud (AWS) management
VAPT testing
Ensure proper documentation, SOPs, and runbooks for all services
Other related work around infrastructure, cloud, network and security services
