Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years enterprise EUC experience
- Strong Windows 10/11 enterprise deployment expertise
- Proven experience with SCCM/Intune
- Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Experience in managing collaboration tools (Office 365, Video Conferencing) in a large enterprise setup
- Basic network infrastructure knowledge
Certifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent
- Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+
- ITIL Foundation preferred
