Responsibilities

  • Deploy standard group infrastructure within plants.
  • Support R&D technical standards.
  • Support & Control outsourcing operations.
  • Ensure different levels of service.
  • Promote innovation at regional West Europe level.
  • Guarantee confidentiality of information.
  • Manage incidents not treated by outsourcers.
  • Contribute to the IT budget, MTP and invoice services according to the required service level.
  • Contribute IT IAR (Investment Approval Requests) for all plants.
