  • Provide overall support and security of servers assigned
  • Monitor and support sever stability and performance using existing solutions
  • Assist in vulnerability remediation and secure configuration of servers and endpoints
  • Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures for critical system

    • Cloud Infrastructure -

  • Provide overall support and security for assigned cloud infrastructure
  • Monitor and maintain cloud performance using existing monitoring tools
  • Support security in alignment with IT security policies


    • General Items -

  • Monitor and respond to incident and service request IN assigned to infrastructure team
  • Provide remote support to on-site IT staff and end users
  • Manage and maintain security mechanisms to prevent, detect, and respond to internal and external threats
