Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for infrastructure operations
  • Prepare, file, and digitise documents; maintain records
  • Liaise with service providers on routine operations (e.g. backup media handling)
  • Track daily movement of backup media and maintain logs
  • Support stocktakes and maintain inventory records (hardware, peripherals)
  • Assist in asset tracking, audits, and verification exercises
  • Support disposal of expired hardware and update records
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, IT, or related field
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle records and tracking tasks

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
