Job Description
Standard Bank Group is seeking a dedicated Incident Lifecycle Manager in the Philippines to coordinate all activities required to carry out, monitor and report on the lifecycle of incidents. You will review problem trends, proactively identify issues, and collaborate with IT support staff to remove errors and prevent recurrence.
The role requires 3–6 years in a similar position, strong IT and Office skills, and ITIL V3 Foundation certification as an added advantage.
