Mission


An opportunity to join our Asset team of our IT department, responsible for managing computer equipment (inventory, onboarding/offboarding, loans, repairs, maintenance, configuration, etc.). You will also collaborate with §specialists in charge of Windows image deployment, application packaging, and security tools.


As an IMAC Technician, you will support internal users with various IT requests related to equipment:

  • Onboarding and offboarding

  • Software and hardware support

  • Loan and swap of laptops and smartphones

  • Follow-up on onboarding sessions, Windows/Office updates
