IT Helpdesk Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and fix desktop devices such as computers and printers.
• Install, set up, and support operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software.
• Provide daily IT support and help users solve technical issues.
• Set up new devices, including installing systems and required software.
• Keep track of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Update systems with security patches and follow security rules.
• Create and update simple technical documents and guides.
• Work with vendors or suppliers to fix hardware or software problems.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or a related field (exceptions for strong candidates).
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software installation and repair.
• Ability to provide quick and helpful technical support.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
