Job Description

Become an integral part of IT operations as an IT Helpdesk Technician. Specialize in diagnosing and resolving support issues for desktop, mobile, and network services both on-site and remotely.
In this role, you will handle ticket queues, assist with user onboarding, and provide top-notch customer service. Your troubleshooting capabilities with low voltage systems and diverse hardware will significantly impact workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site technical support across locations
• Set up and configure new workstations and peripherals
