IT Helpdesk Support

to support both local colleagues in Finland as well as MLE employees across Europe, as part of our collaborative, friendly but professional IT team.

Please note that the start date for this role is April or May 2026.

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver first-line IT support via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person, when required
  • Log incidents and service requests efficiently, ensuring all relevant details are captured
  • Take ownership of support tickets, striving for swift resolutions at first contact
  • Work alongside second-line support and wider IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution
