IT Helpdesk Support Agent

IT Helpdesk Support Agent required in Centurion.

We are hiring a Helpdesk Monitoring / First Line Support agent for a junior role in Centurion.

Salary: R15 000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor IT systems, networks, and applications using monitoring tools
• Respond to alerts and system notifications
• Log incidents and service requests accurately on the helpdesk system
• Perform basic first-line troubleshooting
• Escalate technical issues to senior support teams when required
• Follow standard operating procedures and ITIL processes
• Update tickets and maintain clear communication with internal teams
• Assist with shift handovers and basic documentation
• Work on a rotational shift schedule (including weekends/public holidays if required)
