**Mission Brief**
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Monitor and resolve service tickets efficiently; escalate complex issues and follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide technical assistance for laptops, desktops, docking stations, mobile phones, tablets, and printers
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and oversee hardware allocation and returns
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN (Netskope), DNS/DHCP
- Onsite IT support in build up of IT-Infrastructure for new offices or launch facilities
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in Jira and Confluence
**Qualification Checklist**
- At least 3 years of experience working in a corporate IT environment
- Skilled in the management of ticketing systems
- You possess strong competencies in hardware and software setup
- You are familiar with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell
