About the Role

Responsible for providing first‑level technical support to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring reliable operation of IT systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end‑users via phone, email or in‑person.
  • Assist users with hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, printers and applications.
  • Walk users through step‑by‑step solutions and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Escalate complex problems to specialized IT teams.
  • Perform routine maintenance such as software updates, antivirus scans and system optimizations.
