Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle IT support inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Japanese and English.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCs, laptops, software (Microsoft, SAP), and systems.

Act as a liaison between Japanese-speaking users and internal technical teams.

Perform regular maintenance, system checks, and reporting.

Common Requirements:

Language: Business-level Japanese (JLPT) and fluent English (speaking/writing).

Education/Experience: Diploma/Degree in IT or related field; 4 to 5 year experience in IT support.

Skills: Active Directory, Windows 11, ITIL, cloud tech (Intune/SCCM), customer service.

Work Style: Willingness to work shifts, remote/hybrid setups

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8, RM9,000.00 per month
