We're looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer with up to 3 years of experience. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, can support clients under pressure, follows processes, and is eager to learn and grow.
Work Setup: Onsite – Clark Office
Shift: 12:30 AM – 9:30 AM (PHT)
Responsibilities:
- Log 8 hours of daily time entries
- Provide helpdesk phone and ticket support
- Join on-call rotation (1 week every 7–8 weeks)
- Resolve issues within agreed timelines and confirm with clients
- Monitor system alerts and escalate when needed
- Verify patching and ensure systems are back online
- Give regular status updates and set expectations
- Troubleshoot issues before escalating tickets
