Work Setup: WFH Remote | Full-Time l Shifting Schedule (Night or Mid Shift)
Industry: IT Department (Client-Facing)
Years of Experience: atleast 5 years of IT Support and/or IT-related roles
Tech Expertise: Windows OS, MacOS, Microsoft Intune, MS Office 365, Jira ITSM, ServiceNow
