We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst to join a growing IT team. This is a hybrid, office-based role where you'll be the first point of contact for users, providing remote support and ensuring issues are resolved quickly or escalated appropriately.
This position is ideal for someone with 1-2 years' experience in an IT helpdesk or service desk environment who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team.
