I.T. Helpdesk Analyst – Dublin (Hybrid) – 1 Year FTC (Junior Role)

A well-established Dublin-based organisation is seeking a Junior I.T. Helpdesk Analyst to join its Enterprise Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is suited to someone early in their IT career who wants hands-on experience in a Microsoft-based corporate environment.

About the Role

You will provide first and second line support to internal users while assisting in maintaining core IT systems across on-prem and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone, email, and desk-side support to internal users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft issues
  • Log, prioritise, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
  • Support Active Directory and Azure AD user administration, including access and group management
