Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Technician to provide first-level technical support to end users across a variety of systems and applications. This role will be responsible for resolving day-to-day IT issues, managing access requests, and ensuring a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

+ Provide Tier 1 IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems to resolve user issues in a timely manner

+ Manage and track incidents and service requests using tools such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar platforms

+ Perform password resets, account unlocks, and access provisioning across identity management systems and enterprise applications

+ Troubleshoot virtual desktop environments, including login issues, session failures, profile errors, and application access problems
