Job Description

The resource, within the Information Technology Department, will support the IT Infrastructure Team with the following activities:

  • Ensure continous support to all company employees, focusing on installation, configuration and problem risolution related to Hardware and Software Systems

  • Ensure backup and data protection services, proposing solutions to mainain a good level of performance
  • Support in suppliers management and relation (Data Center, Fixed and Mobile Telephony, Network, ecc..)

    • Skills:

  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Interest and passion for the IT field
  • Good knowledge of LAN Infrastructure and Active Directory
  • Good analytic skills
  • Accuracy, planning and organization
  • Good relational and communicational skills

    • Education:

  • High school diploma in Information Technology or Degree in Information Technology
