The City of Owen Sound is seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Help Desk Analyst Summer Student to join the Information Technology team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a post‑secondary student pursuing education in information technology or a related field to gain hands‑on municipal IT experience.

Reporting to senior IT staff, the Help Desk Analyst Summer Student acts as the first point of contact for City staff requiring technical assistance.
