Job Summary:
The IT General Manager is responsible for defining and driving the IT service and platform strategy in alignment with business direction. As the Service Owner, he provides leadership over IT service management, core system architecture, and major programs, ensuring service excellence, project delivery, and customer satisfaction. The role oversees resource and capability development within the Centre of Excellence, manages financial performance including annual business planning and cost control, and works closely with stakeholders, the Project Management Office and the AMS team to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective IT services that support business objectives.
