IT Field Technician - Visit Based

**About the Role**
We are looking for a reliable **Field IT Support Technician** to provide on-site technical support to our clients on a **dispatch basis in Oslo/Etterstad**. You will receive assignments as service requests are created, and you will travel to customer locations to resolve IT-related issues efficiently and professionally.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and replace end-user devices (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals)
- Follow dispatch instructions and update job progress within required systems
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication
- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety guidelines, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with remote support teams when escalation is required
