IT Field Engineer

PFH Technology Group is seeking to hire an IT Field Engineer to support customer and client sites located across Dublin.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, requiring travel to various locations across Dublin on a daily basis. As such, a full clean manual Irish driver's license is a requirement.

Role Overview:

As an IT Field Engineer you will be responsible for supporting customer's IT infrastructure.

You will be responsible for resolving technical issues and taking preventative action to ensure business continuity for our customer base.

· Prioritise, manage and responding to helpdesk calls in a timely manner logged on the help desk system; including travel to sites to support users.
