IT Field Engineer (MSP)
Base Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Plus Van or £300 p/m Car Allowance & benefits
3 days p/week on-site across Blackpool & 2 days p/week in Burnley (HQ)
The opportunity:
A well-established MSP is looking for a client-facing Field Engineer to support a growing schools trust across Blackpool.
You’ll spend three days per week on-site acting as the go-to IT contact for your allocated schools, with the remaining two days based in Burnley alongside the Service Desk team. This is a role with real ownership — not just reacting to tickets, but building relationships and providing proactive, hands-on support.
There’s genuine progression here. We’ve seen people join at 1st Line and develop into senior technical roles and even Service Manager level within the business. The management team are big on upskilling their engineers, investing in training and giving people exposure to projects and more responsibility as they grow...
