The IT Support & Systems Specialist provides key support for ERP and POS systems, digital tools, and automation initiatives. This role ensures smooth daily operations, assists with system enhancements, and promotes the adoption of new technologies to improve business efficiency.

Job Description

• ERP & POS System Support

  Provide timely support for ERP and POS systems, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with vendors for fixes and upgrades.

• Set up and support Expo Fair cashier POS systems during events, ensuring stable performance.

• Automation & Digital Tools

  Support automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepSeek).
