The IT Executive will manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operations of office laptops, server room equipment, door access systems, network connectivity, firewall security, and internet services. This role also involves collaborating with appointed vendor for endpoint management through Microsoft Intune and working closely with the SOC (Security Operations Center) vendor to maintain a strong cybersecurity posture.

- End-User Support
- Provide technical support for endpoints and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
