Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Setup and maintain all computer related hardware (PC, Servers, Printers, Routers, Network, etc.)
  2. Setup and maintain all computer related software.
  3. Improvement projects on IT related matters.
  4. Support on ERP system.
  5. Provide guidance and troubleshooting to end users when requested.
  6. Act as first level support on ERP to assist end users in daily work.
  7. Submit support case issues to vendor when required.
  8. Act as internal hardware IT support for troubleshooting network or PC issues.
  9. Perform any other ad hoc task assigned by superior.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT related field.
