Key Responsibilities
- IT Operations & Infrastructure Support
● Manage and maintain day-to-day IT operations including servers, PCs, printers,
network equipment, and basic plant systems.
● Ensure uptime and stability of LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, email, and internal
applications.
● Perform routine system monitoring, backup checks, and basic troubleshooting.
- User Support & Helpdesk
● Provide hands-on technical support to production, engineering, quality, and office users.
● Resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner to minimize
operational disruption.
● Manage user accounts, access rights, and basic cybersecurity hygiene.
- Systems & Application Coordination
● Support and maintain ERP / manufacturing-related systems (user access, basic
configuration, coordination with vendors or HQ IT).
