We're looking for a motivated and dynamic IT Executive or IT Business Analyst to join our team

About the Role

As an IT Executive or IT Business Analyst at our company, you'll play a key role in providing first and second-level support to ERP end-users and work closely with various teams to ensure the seamless operation of our systems. You'll have the opportunity to work with SAP, SQL, Power BI, and more as you contribute to the development and maintenance of custom reports, BI dashboards, and form layouts.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Support: Provide first and second-level support to ERP users, troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly.
• Database Queries: Query and manage databases to retrieve critical data for reports and analysis.
