Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Handling system and hardware issues — desktops, laptops, servers.
- Troubleshooting internet and network issues — wired and WiFi.
- Fixing printer, scanner, and classroom AV equipment problems.
- Supporting Outlook and email configuration issues.
- Managing remote access tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Zoom, etc.
- Keeping classroom IT infrastructure live and error-free.
- Maintaining IT inventories and asset logs.
