Job Overview

This position is for support of projects for OPG’s centralized Telephone System. OPG’s Centralized Telephone System is built from Avaya servers and currently running on Avaya Red Release 8 with additional interfacing connections to Microsoft Teams, obsolete Avaya Blue hardware, and a Turret System as well as various specialized endpoints such as Public Address systems, Gate opening systems, etc. This system feeds more than 60 OPG locations across the province of Ontario including sites in Northwest Operations, Eastern Operations, Northeastern Operations, Niagara Operations, Nuclear Operations and Corporate. ...
