Key Responsibilities Daily Operations & Maintenance
: Responsible for the daily inspection, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security and IT hardware within the vault, including safes, access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarm systems, UPS, networks, and servers. Preventative Maintenance
: Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans for security equipment to ensure stable 24/7 operation and provide timely responses to sudden failures. Asset & Procurement Management
: Manage the selection, inquiry, procurement, acceptance, and asset ledger of security and IT-related equipment, ensuring cost control and supplier quality management. Procedures & Emergency Planning
: Assist in formulating vault entry/exit procedures, equipment operating standards, and emergency response plans, and participate in regular drills. Audit & Compliance Support
