Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Keep IT Manager and Helpdesk aware of the status of current and outstanding tasks, escalating when tasks take longer than expected
  • Promptly update job status in ticketing and activity tracking systems
  • Perform upgrade / maintenance / support jobs during non-office hours
  • Conduct daily morning checks on meeting room facilities
  • Manage meeting room facilities readiness and troubleshoot when problems arise
  • Handle equipment deliveries and rack mount IT equipment occasionally
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Education Requirements

Diploma or above in Information Technology, Software Engineering or related fields
