Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users in a friendly and helpful manner
- Keep IT Manager and Helpdesk aware of the status of current and outstanding tasks, escalating when tasks take longer than expected
- Promptly update job status in ticketing and activity tracking systems
- Perform upgrade / maintenance / support jobs during non-office hours
- Conduct daily morning checks on meeting room facilities
- Manage meeting room facilities readiness and troubleshoot when problems arise
- Handle equipment deliveries and rack mount IT equipment occasionally
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Education Requirements
Diploma or above in Information Technology, Software Engineering or related fields
