Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing of IT requirements or customer inquiries

  • Support of our internal users as part of 1st and 2nd level support

  • Support and operation of applications and operating systems, especially Windows and MS Office as well as relevant backend tools

  • Execution of hardware and software installations in the data center

  • On-site execution of maintenance activities in the data center

  • Documentation in the ticket system or asset management system

    • YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed training (Secondary Technical College, apprenticeship or comparable) with a focus on IT

  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in the field of IT support

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Independent and structured way of working

  • Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English
