We are looking for an IT Engineer, Service Level 2 who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As an IT Engineer, Service Level 2, you will have a chance to:

End-User Support

  • Provide first-line and second-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
  • Manage and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and enterprise applications (MS Office, email, VPN, ERP).
  • Perform user account management (Active Directory, email, permissions).
  • Provide onsite support for VIPs and management staff when required.
  • Coordinate with central helpdesk for escalation and closure of tickets.
