IT Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including computer systems and network performance.
• Respond to and resolve IT service requests and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Create and manage user accounts for new employees.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace hardware and software as required.
• Prepare regular IT reports, including meeting minutes and weekly activity reports.
• Process and coordinate hardware and software requests from users.
• Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.
